Introducing the Superior Engineering Long Arm Kit, designed for the Nissan Patrol Y60 and Y61. The kit comes with a mounting jig to simplify installation and allow the position of the mount to be adjusted, making it easy to fine tune the angle of the pinion mount and the length of the wheelbase, so some welding is required for installation. The Superior Long Arms are made from high quality solid bar with a 25x10mm flat strong back welded to the top for added strength. They are approximately 300 mm longer than original ones. The kit includes two brackets, two crush bars, two long arms and instructions.
These Heavy Duty Long Arms are designed to correct common problems experienced by Nissan Patrols, such as rear steer, adverse changes in pinion angle during articulation and the diff wanting to go under the car when climbing. The long arms are finished in a silver powder coat and fitted with high flex rubber bushes for improved performance.
