Stable mounting of spare wheel with Smittybilt
This tire carrier works with the OE factory bumper and fits up to a 40" spare tire, and increases load carrying capacity to 135 lbs. Single, reinforced hinge plates replace the factory hinges on the tub and tailgate. A fully customizable tire mount can be fine-tuned for height or backspace, and the adjustable tilt allows you to get extra ground clearance when working in tandem with an open or slanted top. The pivot feature maintains the easy single action of opening and closing of the tailgate. No drilling is required for installation.
