The factory "Crash Bar" requires minor trimming, but may be left otherwise intact or removed for a sleek appearance and high clearance
If keeping the crash bar, we recommend adding the JL Crawler Front Skid (sold separately), which conceals the crash bar and protects the electronic sway bar disconnect
The skid is sold as a separate piece for those who would prefer to cut away the crash bar and run without the skid, in favor of increased clearance on the trail
